Heard. I am told that in similarly situated cases 80% amount is allowed to be withdrawn by the respondent/claimants. I am, therefore, passing following order :- a) 80% amount deposited in this Court shall be handed over to the respondents/claimants on their executing usual undertaking.

Remaining 20% amount shall be invested in fixed deposit in a nationalized bank till further orders.

The Civil Application stands disposed of accordingly.
