The Petitioner'

s grievance is that while working as a Police Patil, he was found to have worked in an appreciable manner and his name was recommended by the Sub-Divisional Magistrate for considering his case for awarding the Governor of Maharashtra' s medal to a Police Patil. According to him, the PSO of the then Collector of Latur conveyed to the Collector to cancel the recommendation of the Petitioner. His representation to the Divisional Commissioner, khs/Nov.2023/13928

- 2 - Aurangabad dated 21.06.2023 is pending.

In view of the above, this Petition is disposed off expecting Respondent No.6 / Divisional Commissioner, Aurangabad to look into the matter and if any jurisdiction vests in him by Law, he may consider the grievance of the Petitioner within 90 days. In the event, he does not have any jurisdiction, he would advise the Petitioner to approach the appropriate forum for the redressal of his grievance. ( Y. G. KHOBRAGADE, J. ) ( RAVINDRA V.
