ORDER

First Appeal No.393 of 2010 is not on board, however, at the request of the parties, taken on board. 2.

The Law Officer of appellant - Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation, Mr. Avinash Satwaji Vishwas tenders on record withdrawal pursis along with the authority letters. He prays for withdrawal of appeals on the basis of authority letters.

The withdrawal pursis and authority letters are taken on record and marked as Exhibit 'X'.

In view of the withdrawal of the appeals, the amount deposited by the appellants in this Court or before the Tribunal is permitted to be withdrawn as apportioned by Tribunal. 5.

If the entire amount is not deposited, then the balance amount shall be paid by the appellant to the respondents within a period of eight weeks from today and disbursement of

-4the same shall be done as per the order passed by the Tribunal. 6.

First Appeals are disposed of as withdrawn in view of withdrawal pursis. Pending Civil Applications, if any, stand disposed of.

Award be drawn up accordingly.

The request of refund of Court fees shall be processed by the office in accordance with law.
