The applicants under this application, have prayed for production of death certifcate of deceased applicant No.6 Bhagirathbai. The copy of said death certifcate is already placed on record, which on comparison with certifed copy of the death certifcate, found similar. The applicants, who are legal heirs of deceased Bhagirathbai, are already on record. As such, the name of Bhagirathbai is now only to be deleted. The application stands allowed and disposed of.
