Mr.Chillarge, learned counsel for the Petitioner states that pursuant to the order of the Grievance Committee, the Management has allowed the Petitioner to join the services. The Management has also forwarded the pay bills to the Joint Director of Education. In light of that, the learned counsel states that the grievance of the Petitioner stands served. However, the Joint Director of Education be directed to process and pay the salary bills. The Joint Director of Education shall process the said salary bills as per the law, expeditiously, preferably within two months.
