Learned counsel for the respondents has no objection to stay the judgment and award passed by the District Judge-2, Ambajogai in L.A.R. No.121/2003 dated 15.11.2018. Hence I pass the following order:

ORDER

i) The judgment and award passed by the District Judge-2, Ambajogai in L.A.R. No.121/2003 dated 15.11.2018 is stayed till the final disposal of appeal subject to depositing the award amount along with accrued interest thereon passed by the District Judge-2, Ambajogai in L.A.R. No.121/2003 within twelve weeks from today.

ii) The Civil Application is disposed of.
