Though served, none appears for the petitioner. 2.

By this petition, the petitioner has challenged the permission for transfer of Management of Sugrama Marathi Primary School, Karadnagar, Ahmedpur from respondent no.5 to respondent no.6, pursuant to the permission granted by respondent no.1, vide order dated 18.06.2013. A direction is also sought to decide the proposal of the petitioner for transfer of Management of Nalanda Primary School, Ahmedpur from Tarabai Education Society to the petitioner society.

Affidavit-in-reply is filed by the State as well as by respondent nos.5 and 6.

Education Officer by communication dated 28.01.2013 has informed the petitioner that its proposal of transfer of school was submitted by forging the signatures of the Managing Committee members. Nalanda Primary School, is being conducted at Ahmedpur since June, 2004. All record of the said school is available with the Secretary. Therefore, the false proposal submitted by the petitioner is

As per record, Management of Sugrama Marathi Primary School was transferred from respondent no.5 to 6 in the year 2013 and since then the same is being conducted.
