The sole Appellant has passed away. The Applicants claim to be his legal heirs and pray for condonation of 08 days' delay and seek permission to be brought on record.
It is submitted that the delay is neither inordinate nor deliberate. The reasons in support of the prayer are cited in the application.
Learned Advocate for the Respondents strongly opposes the
*2* 907.ca.2515.15 application on the ground that the reasons cited are not satisfactory. In the light of the above and for the reasons stated in the Civil Application, the same is allowed. Delay of 08 days is condoned without imposing costs. The Applicants be brought on record as the legal heirs of the deceased sole Appellant on or before 08.05.2015. In the event of non compliance of this order, the same shall stand recalled and then this Civil Application shall stand rejected. (RAVINDRA V. GHUGE, J.)
