This application is filed for withdrawal of the amount deposited by the MSRTC in the office of this Court. Total amount awarded is towards the injury claim is Rs. 4,00,218/-.

Learned Advocate Mr. Bagul vehemently opposes the application. He submits that at the most the applicant is entitled to receive only amount of Rs. 90,000/- towards treatment and transportation and for special diet etc. Considering the above, this Court finds in the interest of justice to allow the application. Hence the following order :

ORDER

(i) The Civil Application stands allowed.

(ii) Applicant is permitted to withdraw Rs.

2,00,000/- along with accrued interest deposited by the Acquiring Body on furnishing usual undertaking.

(v) With this the Civil Application stands disposed off.

Applicants to take steps.
