PER COURT :- 1.

In both these applications, which are filed in time, the applicant prays for the recalling of the order of the Registrar, dated 28.8.2017, thereby refusing registration to both the Writ Petitions on account of the failure to remove office objections.

Considering the above and for the reasons set out in the application, both the applications are allowed. The applicants shall remove all office objections within a period of six weeks, considering the Diwali Vacations, failing which, the order of the Registrar, dated 28.8.2017 shall stand restored.

3.

If all office objections are removed, the order of the Registrar shall stand set aside, both the petitions shall stand registered and shall be listed for admission on 8.12.2017.
