Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners, the learned Government Pleader representing respondent Nos. 1 and 2 and Shri Yadav, the learned counsel for respondent No.3-Zilla Parishad, Parbhani.

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioners states that he may be permitted to withdraw the prayer clause "B" pertaining to quashment of the Government Resolution dated 21.06.2023. Permission is granted.

So far as the prayer clause "C" relating to the grievance of the petitioners for transfer is concerned, we keep it open to the petitioners to make appropriate application/s to the appropriate authority, at the relevant time, as and when the transfer process for the next season starts and in case any application/s is/are filed by the petitioners, within the prescribed period of limitation, the same shall be decided by the concerned authority, as per the extent policy, expeditiously.

With the aforesaid observations and the directions, the writ petition is disposed of.
