Heard the learned advocate for the applicant and learned Additional Public Prosecutor. Perused the investigation papers.

The applicant is involved in offence punishable under section 406, 504 and 506 of IPC. Perusal of FIR and the investigation papers reveals that the allegations against the applicant are of civil nature. Custodial interrogation of the applicant is not warranted in the facts of the present case. In that view of the matter, the application is allowed by confirming the interim order dated 07.10.2022.

Till filing of charge sheet, the applicant shall attend the concerned police station as and when called by the investigating officer.
