This application is filed by the applicant-original claimant for withdrawal of remaining amount which was deposited in this court by the appellant insurance company. This court has already dismissed the appeal by judgment and order dated 08-08-2023. During pendency of the appeal 50% amount was already withdrawn as per order dated 18-07-2017 passed in civil application No.9405/2017. Balance amount of 50% was directed to be deposited in fix deposit.

Since the appeal is already dismissed and the

The application is therefore, allowed.
