The applicant is seeking regular bail in Crime No.I-145/2014 registered at Jamkhed Police Station, District Ahmednagar for offences punishable under Sections 302, 304-B, 498-A, 201, 323, 506 read with Sec.34 of Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case against the present applicant is that deceased Komal, wife of the applicant died because of hanging at her matrimonial house. She was subjected to violence as is apparent from the injuries noticed on her body, as are reflected in post mortem report. There is discovery at the behest of present applicant of the P.V.C. Pipe, which was used for assault.

After the investigation, the charge-sheet is filed vide offences punishable under Sections 304-B, 498-A, 323 read with Section 34 of

Cri.Appln.No.5288/2015 the Indian Penal Code. Upon perusal of investigation papers and the other material, prima facie it depicts that the deceased has committed suicide as is apparent from the contents of the charge-sheet. 5.

Apart from above, it is required to be noted that pursuant to the investigation, the applicant is presently charge-sheeted for the offences punishable under Sections 304-B, 498-A, 201, 323, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Prima facie, it depicts that the at the time of incident the door was locked from inside. Father of the applicant appears to be complainant in the present case. In view of above background, the applicant is entitled for release.

The applicant - Ravi son Bhagwan Pawar be released on bail in connection with Crime No.I-145/2014 registered at Jamkhed Police Station, District Ahmednagar for offences punishable under Sections 302, 304-B, 498-A, 201, 323, 506 read with Sec.34 of Indian Penal Code, upon furnishing P.R. Bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rs. Ten thousand) with one surety in the like amount.
