The applicants - appellants are seeking stay for execution of judgment and award dtd.11.03.2019 passed by learned District Judge - 2, Ambajogai in L.A.R. No. 84/2004. In other similar matter this Court has already granted such stay on certain condition. Hence , the following order is passed :

ORDER

The judgment and award dtd. 11.03.2019 in L.A.R. No. 84/2004 passed by learned District Judge-2, Ambajogai is stayed during the pendency of this appeal subject to depositing the entire amount of award along with the accrued interest thereon within 12 (twelve) weeks from today.
