By this Civil Application, the Applicant, who is the widow of the original Petitioner, has prayed for condonation of delay of 655 days so as to come on record in the Writ Petition and prosecute the petition. The learned AGP has opposed the application.

We find that the petition was filed by the deceased Petitioner for seeking pensionary benefits.

Considering the above, the Civil Application is allowed. Since the Applicant is widow and is praying for pensionary benefits which were

The Civil Application for bringing the legal heirs on record be registered and be listed on 17.11.2017.
