In view of the above, this petition is disposed off. Let the representation be considered by Respondent No.2 after giving an opportunity of hearing to the said Assistant Teacher - Nilofer Yusuf Shaikh (Nilofer Iqbal Shaikh) and a decision be arrived at by following the due procedure laid down in law within a period of 90 days. We make it clear that we have not expressed any opinion in this matter.
