The learned counsel for the applicant submits that though the applicant has undergone the operation for Fissures and he was not advised with bed rest, but certain complications have arisen which can be dealt on 9th September, 2025 i.e. in the next follow up treatment. However, in support of such submissions, he has only produced prescription given by the concerned doctor to the applicant. Nothing is there on record to support the contention about certain complications. We have already directed the applicant to surrender himself on or before 04.09.2025 under the order dated 21st August 2025. However, considering the date of next follow up treatment of the applicant being 9th September 2025, we deem it appropriate to extend the period for temporary bail till 10.09.2025. It is strictly directed that the applicant shall surrender himself on 10.09.2025. 2.

Application accordingly stand disposed of.
