26.09.2018 P.C. :- The petitioner is praying for issuance of directions to respondent no.2-committee to dispose of the tribe certificate validation proposal of the petitioner pending with the committee. Counsel appearing for the respondent states that the matter is ready for hearing and the petitioner or any of his blood relative may cause appearance before the committee on 28.09.2018 and the final decision in the matter would be taken from the date of appearance of the petitioner or his blood relative before the committee. The statement made is accepted.

The father of the petitioner or the petitioner himself or any of his blood relative representing him may cause appearance before the committee on 28.09.2018. The committee shall hear the petitioner or any of his blood

( 2 ) 924 wp 10735.18 relative on the given date and decide the matter finally within three weeks from the date of appearance before the committee. The petitioner states that he has secured admission to M.Tech Course and the concerned institute has directed him to furnish the transfer certificate by 28.09.2018. The father of the petitioner as well as his three paternal uncles have received the validation certificates issued by the competent scrutiny committee. The father of the petitioner is stated to be in employment of M.S.E.D.C.L. 3.

In the circumstances, we direct the respondent no.3-Government College of Engineering to issue transfer certificate to the petitioner forthwith. With directions as above the writ petition is disposed of. [MANGESH S. PATIL, J.] [R.M. BORDE, J.] mub
