The Petitioner has tendered a representation dated 17.07.2023 to the employer indicating that his temporary service that was put in prior to his regularisation, will have to be considered for the retiral benefits.

Since the learned Advocate Shri Bora had appeared on behalf of the employer in the earlier round in Writ Petition No.4118 of 2017, we requested him to cause an appearance.

In view of the above, this Petition is disposed off. 4.

The Corporation shall ensure that the representation is responded to in the light of the service conditions and the provisions of law applicable and communicate it's response to the Petitioner within ninety [90] days from today.
