The contention of the petitioner is that the petitioner is a senior-most teacher and is required to be appointed and confirmed as Headmaster. The approval is granted to the petitioner as an I/c. Headmaster.

Shri. Nagargoje, the learned counsel for the respondent No. 4-Management submits that, within one week the Management would submit the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner as Headmaster.

The Education Officer shall take decision upon the proposal that would be submitted by the Management seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner as Headmaster within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the proposal on its own merits. 4.
