1] Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2] The petitioner has filed an affidavit in this Court stating therein that he would pay entire dues of the respondent within a period of three months as per the installments given in the affidavit.

3] In view of the statement made, learned counsel for the respondent has no objection to dispose of the present Writ Petition in terms of the affidavit. 4] The petitioner is permitted to deposit the amount in terms of para no.4 of the affidavit dated 6th September, 2023 in this Court.

10829.23WP 5] In view of the same, Misc.Civil Application No.09 of 2010 pending before the School Tribunal at Latur does not survive and the same stands disposed of. Accordingly, Writ Petition is disposed of.
