This is an application for bail under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. The applicant has been arrested in connection with Crime No.0182/2022, registered at Shrigonda Police Station, District Ahmednagar, for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 4/25 of the Indian Arms Act.

Heard. Perused the First Information Report (FIR) and related papers.

The applicant has asked for temporary bail on the ground that he is going to be a father in near future. His wife is at an advance stage of pregnancy. He wants to meet her to take care and see the face of newborn.

For the aforesaid reasons, the Court is inclined to grant the applicant temporary bail for a period of twenty days w.e.f. 26.10.2022. Hence, following order:

O R D E R

(i) The Bail Application is allowed.

(ii)The applicant be released on temporary bail from 26.10.2022 to 12.11.2022, in connection with Crime No.0182/2022, registered at Shrigonda Police Station,

(( 3 )) 960-BA-1594-2022 District Ahmednagar, for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 4/25 of the Indian Arms Act, on his executing P. R. bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand) with surety bond of the like amount. (iii)The applicant shall mark his attendance at Belwandi Police Station twice a day i.e. by 12.00 noon and 9.00 p.m. every day during the period of which he would be on bail.

(iv)The applicant shall not enter the village Wangdari taluka Shrigonda.

(v) The applicant shall surrender back to the jail on 13.11.2022.

(vi)The applicant shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence.
