The Applicant No.2 is the mother-in-law, the Applicant No.3 is the brother-in-law and the Applicant No.4 is the sister-inlaw of the non-applicant (Respondent) / aggrieved persons, within the meaning of Section 2A of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005. The Applicants have prayed for quashing of proceeding bearing No.283 of 2024, pending on the

Indeed, the said proceeding is pending on the file of the learned J.M.F.C., Pune, this Court has no territorial jurisdiction over the J.M.F.C. Pune. Therefore, the present Criminal Application is dismissed for want of territorial jurisdiction. [ Y. G. KHOBRAGADE, J. ] SMS
