When this Court declined to grant bail to the applicant, learned counsel Shri. Gaikwad for the applicant on instructions sought permission to withdraw the application with a request that the Trial Court be directed to conclude the trial within a specified period and in case Trial Court fails to conclude the trial within that period, he may be permitted to move the Trial Court again for bail.

Application is disposed of as withdrawn.

Learned Trial Court is directed to conclude the trial within a period of one year from the date of receipt of writ failing which applicant will be at liberty to move the Trial Court for bail. In that eventuality, the Trial Court shall dispose of the application on its own merits.
