The Petitioner prays that his ROR Appeal No.2013/Inam/CR-4, registered at Udgir and now transferred to Ahmedpur, may be decided within a particular time frame. She is 90 years of age. 2.

The learned AGP submits that the department will first have to trace out the pending appeal.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off. We direct the Respondent No.2 - SDO Ahmedpur to initiate efforts to trace out the above said appeal. If it is not traceable, copy of the appeal placed at page 14-A to 14-C may be considered and necessary records may be perused to find out as to whether such an appeal is filed or registered. If the appeal is pending,
