Mr. Hon, learned Senior Advocate for the petitioner submits that the proposal has been submitted by the petitioner Society on 12.11.2018 for approval / issuance of Sale Certificate as per the auction conducted by the petitioner Society. Respondent no. 2 has to issue the Sale Certificate, however has not been issued it as yet.

We have heard the learned A.G.P. also.

Respondent no. 2 shall take decision upon the proposal submitted by the petitioner Society on 12.11.2018 and shall pass orders on it expeditiously and preferably within a period of six (06) weeks.
