The petitioner's proposal for granting of licence under the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2015, has been pending with respondent nos. 1 and 2. 3.

Irrespective of the wording of the prayer clause, we dispose of the writ petition by directing the respondent nos. 1 and 2 to take suitable steps and appropriate action in accordance with law on the petitioner's proposal (exhibit 'D') as expeditiously as possible and in any case within a period of eight weeks.
