26.09.2018 P.C. :- The petitioner is objecting to the recommendation made by the District Supply Officer in favour of respondent no.5 for allotment of fair price shop and the kerosene licence. It is the contention of the petitioner that the respondent no.5 is not eligible and does not fulfill the necessary pre-requisites for allotment of the shop, however the name of the said self help group has been recommended. It would be open for the petitioner to raise an objection to the District Collector within a period of one week from today. If the petitioner tenders an objection to the Collector within the time stipulated as above, the Collector shall take appropriate decision on scrutiny of relevant record as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of the complaint/representation by the petitioner.
