This is an application seeking condonation of delay which has occasioned in filing Criminal Application No.5354/2013 seeking leave to prefer appeal. As is revealing from the contents of the application, the delay of 134 days has occurred in filing application seeking leave to prefer appeal.

Learned Counsel appearing for the respondent has opposed for condonation of delay that has occasioned, however, for the reasons stated in the application, I am inclined to condone the delay. Delay occasioned in filing the criminal application is condoned.
