The petitioner has approached this Court challenging the notice issued by learned SDM, Hingoli dated 24th June, 2024. He has also relied upon the order passed by this Court dated 7th March, 2022 passed in Writ Petition No.3204 of 2022, wherein this Court was pleased to release the vehicle on depositing of the amount. Since there is an alternative remedy, the petitioner is at liberty to avail the alternative remedy. However, till that time, his vehicle shall be released if the petitioner deposits Rs.3,25,840/- with the authorities. This deposit shall be subject to the orders passed by the authorities.
