Though learned Counsel appearing for the respondents claimants has opposed for condonation of delay, stating that no sufficient reasons are assigned for condonation of delay, for the reasons stated in the applications which, according to me, are just and sufficient, the delay caused in filing the appeals is condoned. Civil Applications for condonation of delay stands disposed of. The Appeals be registered in accordance with law. 3.

After registration of the appeals, issue notice to the respondents in the appeals returnable after four weeks. Shri L.C.Patil, learned Counsel, waives service for respondents / original claimants. Service complete. Call for R & P. Place the matter for admission on 11.7.2017.

The execution of the awards impugned in the present appeals shall stand stayed subject to deposit of entire amount under each of the said awards along with the interest thereon in this Court by the appellant within twelve weeks from the date of this order.
