Mr. Nagargoje, the learned counsel submits that after filing the present writ petition, the petitioner has been given posting at Zilla Parishad, Aurangabad. Now, the only question would remain about the salary to be paid during the interregnum.

The petitioner may approach the Divisional Commissioner, Aurangabad with the said request. The Divisional Commissioner, on receipt of said representation, take decision upon the same, expeditiously, preferably within six months.

Writ petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
