It is an application for condonation of delay moved by the applicants under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, 1963.

Heard Mr A.D. Hande, learned Counsel for the applicants and learned Counsel appearing for Insurance Company.

There seems to be delay of 135 days in preferring the appeal against the judgment and award dated 2.2.2016, passed by the Member, M.A.C.T., Naned in M.A.C.P. No.644 of 2011.

In the interest of justice and having regard to the reasons assigned in the application for condonation of delay, it is necessary to condone the delay. 5.
The delay stands condoned. The application for condonation of delay is hereby allowed.

The Registry is directed to register the appeal after due scrutiny as per procedure and thereafter it be placed before the Court for admission after service of notice to all the concerned.
