Respondent No.2 - Education Officer (S), Zilla Parishad, Nanded has filed an affidavit-in-reply, dated 15.7.2015, along with certain annexures. Learned AGP submits that this reply covers all these three petitions, though the same has been filed in Writ Petition No. 849 of 2013. 2.
The learned AGP indicates from paragraph No.3 onwards of the affidavit, that the Block Education Officer, after inspecting the petitioners' school on 14.9.2012 and 28.9.2012 noticed that not a single student was present in the School. The school is not functioning as per the report of the Block Education Officer. Said report has been submitted by the affiant Education Officer to the Deputy Director of Education, Latur. 3.
It is further stated that the Education Officer has intimated the Deputy Director of Education, recommending cancellation of the recognition of the School. The respondents / employees have made a representation to the Education Officer to be included in the list of surplus teachers and to be absorbed in any other Urdu School. In the light of the above, in the light of the affidavit-in-reply filed by the second respondent and considering the submissions of Shri Gunale and Smt.
