We have heard Mr. Shirurkar, the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Tambe, the learned A. G. P. for respondents/State.

Mr. Tambe, the learned A. G. P. submits that, enquiry pursuant to notice issued on 02nd August, 2016 is at preliminary stage. The next date is 17th October, 2016 and the scrutiny committee has intimated him that, the validation proceedings in respect of tribe claim of the petitioner would be decided by end of November 2016. The vigilance is also completed. The petitioner shall co-operate in expeditious disposal of the validation proceedings.

The respondent authorities may proceed with the proceedings pursuant to notice dated 02.08.2016 (Exhibit - A), however, shall not pass final order till the end of November 2016 or till the validation proceedings is decided by end of November 2016. The respondent authorities may proceed further in tune with the judgment that would be delivered by the Committee. The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
