The tribe certificate issued to the petitioner is with incorrect spelling.

The proposal is already submitted to the Committee. 2.

The petitioner shall apply to the Committee for attested copy of the tribe certificate. The Committee on receipt of the application for the tribe certificate shall issue attested tribe certificate to the petitioner with incorrect spelling. The same shall be submitted by the petitioner to the Sub Divisional Officer. The Sub Divisional Officer on receipt of the attested tribe certificate and after confirmation of the fact, issue the tribe certificate of the correct

(2) 40-wp-11097-2019 spelling to the petitioner preferably within a period of 7 days from the date of submission of the attested tribe certificate. The petitioner shall submit the same to the Committee.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
