Applicant was convicted by the learned trial Court under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act and was sentenced to sufer one month'ss simple imprisonment and compensation of Rs.1,50,000/-. Applicant preferred appeal against this order which came to be dismissed by the Judgment and order passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Bhusawal, District Jalgaon and confirmed the order passed by the learned Magistrate. 2.

Shri Harshal Prakash Randhir, learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has deposited Rs.50,000/- in the trial Court out of compensation amount of Rs.1,50,000/-. 3.

In view of this, substantive sentence is suspended on depositing additional amount of Rs.75,000/- within a period of four weeks. Bail in trial Court.
