The present petition has been filed for seeking direction to respondent No. 2 to include the name of the petitioner in Shalarth Pranali. The other consequential prayers have also been made. 2.

Learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that the proposal was submitted on 27.05.2025 by Education Officer Secondary, Zilla Parishad, Beed to Divisional Deputy Director of Education, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar and then it is stated that it is yet to be decided. 3.

Learned AGP waives notice for respondent Nos. 1 to 4. He places on record the written communication received from respondent No. 2 addressed to respondent No. 3, dated 07.08.2025. The same is taken on record and marked as Exhibit 'X'. In the said communication, it 920-WP-13366-2025.odt

was found that there are shortcomings. The proposal was remanded or remitted and further directions have been given. 4.

We hope that the respondent No. 3 would further get the shortcomings removed through respondent Nos. 5 and 6 and would resubmit the same. In view of this development, we dispose of the writ petition.
