We have heard the learned Advocate for the Applicant. Perused FIR No.0782 registered on 08.12.2023 with the Karjat Police Station, District Ahilyanagar. We expressed our disinclination.

The learned Advocate for the Applicant submits, on instructions, that the Applicant desires to withdraw this application and prays that, any other remedy available to the Applicant after filing of the charge-sheet or if the parties, who are blood relatives, jointly approach the Court for quashing of the FIR by consent, the withdrawal of this application may not be an impediment.
