Present petition has been filed for the following relief :- "B) To issue writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or directions in the like nature thereby the Respondent No. 2 i.e. Scheduled Tribe Caste Certificate Scrutiny Committee, Kinwat may kindly be directed to decide the Tribe Claim proposal of the petitioner submitted online on 28.10.2020 as expeditiously as possible and within stipulated time period which this Hon'ble Court may please to direct."

Learned AGP waives notice for all the respondents and upon instructions from the Committee, makes a statement that the claim of the petitioner would be decided within a period of eight [1]

In fact, it appears that the petitioner had submitted the proposal on 28.10.2020. Under such circumstance, the Committee should decide the claim of the petitioner as early as possible.

We accept the statement as undertaking on behalf of respondent No.2 and dispose of this writ petition by directing respondent No.2 to decide the tribe claim of the petitioner as early as possible within a period of eight months from today.
