After hearing the matter for some time when this Court was not inclined to grant bail to the applicant in view of the fact that five witnesses have already been examined and also in view of the judgment of the Honourable Supreme Court in the matter of "X vs. State of Rajasthan", the learned counsel for the applicant seeks liberty to withdraw the application.

The application is disposed of as withdrawn. However, looking to the fact that the trial has already commenced and 5 witnesses have been already examined, the learned trial court shall make an endeavour to complete the trial, as expeditiously as possible. [MEHROZ K. PATHAN] JUDGE.
