DATE : OCTOBER 22, 2018 PER COURT Heard Mr. Shri Shaikh Shoyab, learned counsel for the applicants. He prays for withdrawal of the amount of compensation deposited by the Acquiring Body in this Court. 2.

Considering the nature of the application, permission is granted to the applicants to withdraw 50% amount of the compensation, subject to filing of written undertaking in the first appeal for deposit of withdrawan amount as and when directed by this Court. 3.

Out of the remaining amount, permission is granted to withdraw 25% amount subject to filing of solvent surety for the said amount

15 ca 12091-18 to the satisfaction of the Registrar, Judicial, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of this order.

Remaining 25% amount be invested in FDR, till final disposal of the appeal.

Civil applications are disposed of.
