We have heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned A.P.P. for respondent Nos. 1 to 5 and learned counsel for respondent No.6 (father of petitioner No.1 Sayma). We have interacted with respondent No.6 (father of petitioner No.1 Sayma) in the open court. He has informed to us that since petitioner No.1 Sayma now got married with petitioner No.2 Asif, they do not want to keep any relations with the daughter i.e. petitioner No.1. However, at the same time, respondent No.6 father has assured that they will not trouble the petitioners in any manner and the petitioners are free to live their lives peacefully in future.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has taken instructions from the petitioners, who are present before the court and submits that now the petitioners have nothing to worry. Thus, there is no need to

crwp1239.21 -2grant any police protection to the petitioners. In view of the same, nothing further survives for consideration in this criminal writ petition. 3.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that since respondent No.6 father has filed missing report in the concerned police station, the petitioners are unnecessarily called in the police station. Learned counsel for respondent No.6, on instructions, submits that respondent No.6 will not press the said missing report. Learned A.P.P. also assures to us that he will instruct the concerned police station to close the enquiry in connection with the said missing report.
