The learned Counsel for the applicant submits that subsequent to filing of the writ petition, the validity certificate is issued to the present brother of the petitioner. The petitioner seeks leave to place on record the additional documents. 2.

Considering the subsequent event and the fact that respondent will have an opportunity to make their comments upon the additional documents, Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (B).
