The tribe claim of the petitioner is pending. The result of Second Year B.A.M.S. Examination is withheld. 2.

According to learned Counsel, vigilance is conducted. Considering the above, we pass the following order. 3.

The Committee shall decide the validation proceeding in respect of tribe claim of the petitioner expeditiously, preferably within three months from the date of appearance of the petitioner. The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 23rd September 2019. Respondents no.3 and 4 shall not withhold the result of the petitioner of Second Year B.A.M.S. Examination only on the ground that the validation proceeding is pending. In case the petitioner is otherwise eligible, the petitioner may not be refrained from taking admission in Third Year B.A.M.S. only on the ground that the validation proceeding is pending.

Respondents no.3 and 4 may take further action depending on the judgment that would be delivered on the validation proceeding. 5.

Writ Petition disposed of. No costs.
