2] The learned counsel for the applicant submits that during pendency of the appeal, applicant - original claimant, namely, Kamalbai Kisansing Rajput is died. The applicants are the legal heirs of the deceased Kamalbai, hence, their names be taken on record.

3] Considering the submissions of both learned counsel as well as the reasons mentioned in the application, application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses-B and C.
