Heard. Learned counsel for the respondent No.1 acquiring body strongly objects for permitting withdrawal of the amount under the impugned award. It appears that, the enhancement is sightly more than four times of the amount offered by the Special Land Acquisition Officer. The interest has been rightly awarded from the date of award. Only 70% of the amount has been deposited. In the fitness of things, the applicant is permitted to withdraw the entire amount in deposit. 50% of the amount be paid on usual undertaking and 20% amount be paid on furnishing solvent surety. Civil Application is disposed of.
