Present Civil application along with First Appeal has been filed by the original claimants for enhancement in the compensation. Appellants - Shivaji Annarao Mustapure and Savitrabai Shivaji Mustapure are present. Mr. Prasad Ramchandra Raut, on behalf of respondent No.3, is present. So also, Mr. Ram S. Shinde, learned Advocate for appellants is present and Mr. Swapnil S. Rathi, learned Advocate for respondent No.3 is present. The parties have arrived at a compromise and the terms of settlement have been given. The respondent No.3 has agreed for an additional amount of compensation of Rs.3,00,000/- to be paid to the original claimants and in view of the same, the terms of compromise are accordingly settled. Those

are marked as Exhibit-A.

Under such circumstance, Civil Application along with the First Appeal stand disposed of in terms of compromise Exhibit-A. 4.

Award be drawn up in terms of compromise Exhibit-A. 5.

After the amount is deposited with the Tribunal, the appellants - original claimants are allowed to withdraw the same. 6.

In view of the compromise, Court fees be refunded as per rules. 7.
