appearing for the respondent/State.

Perused the grounds taken in the Petition and also the order dated 31st March, 2016 passed by the Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Osmanabad (Court No.3) below Exhibit-6 in R.C.C.

No.540/2014. We do not think it necessary to issue any directions to the respondents to hand over the

1209.16WP investigation to any other agency. It may be open for the petitioner to approach the concerned Magistrate for redressal of his grievance. In case, the petitioner approaches to the Magistrate, the Magistrate can look into the grievance of the petitioner and will pass the appropriate orders.

In the light of above, the Petition stands disposed of.
